East towing made the best out of a bad situation for me. The truck arrived promptly and the driver was very courteous and respectful and took extreme care of my car. Excellent customer service and professionalism really shone through during the entire experience and if I could I would choose east towing the next time such a fiasco occurs.
My car broke down in Mt. Kisco and East Towing was able to get there within 15 minutes. Paul was professional, nice, and extremely helpful. If my car was to ever break down again I would call them, hopefully that doesn't happen.
